Home: Welcome

An 8 week course that covers all things mindset! This is the stuff that falls through the cracks in the fitness industry even though it should be the foundation.

 

You'll discover...

-why you make the choices you do

-what affects your consistency and motivation

-how to plan goals that are achievable and right for you

-what pursuing health looks like for you long term

-how to identify and breakthrough your barriers

This course is a great addition to your current fitness and/or nutrition plan!

It is also complimentary to anyone who does online or in-person training with me.

Topics covered: Body Image, Self-Sabotage, Discipline, Setting Goals, Motivation, Self Control and more!

If you want to start strength training but have nooooo idea where to begin, look no further! This program is for anyone starting to workouts for the first time (or the first time in a while) and launch you into a routine with momentum! 

All workouts can be done at home or in a gym, with or without equipment. There are seated options as well so you don't have to get up and down from the ground. 

I personally check-in with you every week for modifications, feedback, support and usually a meme or two :)

12 pack of sessions - $95/session

(min 2x/week)

6 pack of sessions - $105/session

Add the LAUNCH Program for home workouts between sessions at a discounted rate of $75

We will get to the bottom of why you make the choices you make, do the things you do,  want the things you want and how to BE the person you want to be. 

With individualized coaching, you are not another body in class or name on a roster. You history wtih dieting, mental health, injuries, physical conditions, family, relationships, job, schedule, budget, preferences, fears and goals all impact your nutrition and movement, so we factor them in creating a plan for you that can change as your life changes.
